Bloomington Bobcats
The Bloomington Bobcat Boys XC team won the ICSAA state Championship this past weekend. It was very exciting and the boys worked very hard for it. The course was a tough one on a hot day with rolling wooded paths that were wet from the previous day's rain. It also had a tough steep hill they had to climb to get out of the woods. Each boy worked very hard during the race to do their part. Going into the awards was suspenseful, So when they announced that they had won by 1 point, the celebration was on! All 6 of our runners were in the top 20 and 4 of them were in the top 10! They sure earned that trophy!
The girl's team were light on numbers but 2 awesome Middle school runners ran up to help us complete a team. All the girls ran hard on this tough course and as a team and came in 3rd. They had 3 girls in the top 20 which was very exciting.

Bloomington Bobcats The XC team took things on the road this week with the Varsity team traveling south to Scottsburg. The Varsity had a hot one but enjoyed the great views of Hardy lake. Jumping in a lake post race is always a plus!

INDIANA: Bloomington Bobcats Bobcats XC team had their first meet last night against Genesis. It was a middle and high school combined meet. The boys won as a team and girls lost a close one
